Damage Deposit

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be returned the same day after staff has cleaned and inspected the space for any damages. If damage or excessive mess exceeds $75, the party host will be billed accordingly and agrees to pay the amount within a 10-day period.

• Excessive Mess Includes: Spills or stains that require deep cleaning, food or drink intentionally thrown on floors or furniture, unapproved decorations leaving residue, broken items, or trash left throughout the facility beyond normal party use.
