Membership + Booking Policy – The Mini Bounce

 

Thank you for choosing The Mini Bounce! We’re committed to providing a fun, safe, and seamless experience for all our members. Please review our policy below:

 

1. Membership Billing:

All memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis. By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring charges unless cancelled in advance.

 

2. Cancellation Policy (Memberships):

Membership cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to your billing date. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the upcoming charge will still be processed and cannot be reversed.

 

3. Self-Managed Memberships:

All memberships are managed directly by the customer. This includes pausing, restarting, or cancelling your membership through your account.

 

4. Pause & Restart Flexibility:

Members have the ability to pause and restart their membership at any time. This gives you flexibility based on your schedule and needs.

 

5. No Minimum Commitment:

There is no long-term commitment. Memberships continue month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime (with proper notice as outlined above).

 

6. Booking & Reservations:

All bookings (including those made through memberships) are final and non-refundable.

 

7. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Rescheduling may be subject to fees and must occur within 30 days.

 

8. No-Shows:

Missed bookings without notice will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.

 

9. Weather & Emergencies:

If The Mini Bounce must close due to severe weather or emergencies, we will reschedule your booking at no additional charge.

 

10. Party Bookings:

All parties are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice, is subject to availability, and must be rebooked within 60 days. Fees may apply.

 

11. Special Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected situations happen. In cases such as medical emergencies, please contact us. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
