1. Reservations and Bookings:

  • All bookings and reservations for play sessions, parties, and events at The Mini Bounce are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Waivers:

  • All guests participating in activities at The Mini Bounce must sign a waiver.
  • Waivers must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian for all minors under the age of 18.

3. Safety Rules:

  • For the safety of all guests, please adhere to all posted safety rules and guidelines.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

4. Health and Hygiene:

  • Guests with contagious illnesses or symptoms of illness are asked to refrain from visiting The Mini Bounce to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Guests are required to wear socks at all times while playing on the equipment.

5. Conduct:

  • All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by staff may result in expulsion from the premises without refund.

6. Liability:

  • The Mini Bounce is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk and are encouraged to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines.

7. Refunds and Cancellations:

  • All bookings and reservations are non-refundable, except in cases of extreme and unforeseen circumstances, as determined by The Mini Bounce management.
  • Cancellations or changes to bookings may be subject to a fee and must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

8. Changes to Terms:

  • The Mini Bounce reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
