Book A Bounce
Walk-ins are always welcome, but we highly recommend checking our play calendar before you head over and pre-booking when you can to make sure there’s space available.
When you book a Studio Open Play or Loft Open Play session, you’re guaranteed access to that side for your visit. If the other side isn’t reserved for a private party, celebration, or another booking when you arrive, you’re welcome to spread out and enjoy the entire Mini Bounce.
In short: book one side, know you have a spot, and you may just get the whole place to play.

Open Play
What ages is The Mini Bounce designed for?
The Mini Bounce is thoughtfully designed for little ones from crawlers to age five. Our play spaces, toys and experiences are all curated with younger children in mind, giving them a place to explore, move, imagine and play at their own pace.
Older siblings are always welcome to visit too, but our play equipment and activities are specifically designed for our littlest guests.
Is the space stroller-friendly?
Yes! Strollers are welcome, but space is limited, so we encourage baby carriers whenever possiblemespecially during busier play times. If you do bring a stroller, we’ll do our best to help you tuck it somewhere out of the way while you play.
Where are you located and where can I park?
We’re located at 634 King Street East in Cambridge, Ontario.
There is free street parking nearby, as well as two convenient free City parking lots close to The Mini Bounce:
- Argyle Street Lot — 149 Argyle Street South
- Queenston Road Lot — 729 Queenston Road
We recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes to park and make your way over, especially during busier times.
Do adults need a ticket? What about small babies?
Adults don’t need a ticket as long as the number of adults in your group does not exceed the number of paid littles attending.
If your group includes more adults than children, additional adult tickets are $5 each.
Small babies who are not yet mobile and are accompanying a paying sibling do not require their own ticket. Once they’re crawling and ready to explore, regular Open Play admission applies.
Do you have a place for coats, shoes and belongings?
Yes! We have a designated area for coats, shoes and personal belongings while you play. Space is limited, so we recommend bringing only what you need and keeping valuables with you whenever possible.
What should we wear on our feet?
The Mini Bounce is a shoe-free play space, so outside shoes must be removed before entering the play areas. Socks are required for both littles and adults while in the space. Forgot yours? No worries, socks are available for purchase at The Mini Bounce.
Can I leave my child at The Mini Bounce?
The Mini Bounce is a parent/caregiver-supervised play space. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times and cannot be left in the space while a parent or caregiver runs an errand. Our team is always nearby to help keep the space running smoothly, but staff do not provide one-on-one supervision during regular Open Play.
What is Open Play, and do I need to book ahead?
Open Play is your chance to come in, explore and enjoy The Mini Bounce at your own pace during one of our available play sessions.
Walk-ins are always welcome when space allows, but we strongly recommend booking ahead or at least checking our online calendar before heading over. Private parties, events and other bookings can affect Open Play availability, so checking first is the best way to avoid disappointment.
What’s the difference between Studio and Loft Open Play?
Booking Studio Open Play guarantees access to the Studio, while booking Loft Open Play guarantees access to the Loft.
If the other side is not being used for a private party, event or other booking when you arrive, you’re welcome to enjoy both sides of The Mini Bounce. If the other side is privately booked, your play will simply stay within the side you reserved.
So, your booking guarantees at least the side you choose, with the possibility of having access to the whole space when availability allows.
How long is Open Play, and can we stay longer?
Open Play sessions are 90 minutes.
If there’s availability after your session, you’re welcome to ask our team about staying a little longer. Extended play is never guaranteed, as parties, events and other bookings may be scheduled after your session.
What if I’m late, need to leave, or miss my Open Play booking?
Running a little late? No problem! Whenever our schedule allows, we’re happy to start your 90-minute play session from the time you arrive. However, if we have a private party, event or another booking coming up, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time.
If you need to step out, you’re welcome to return within your remaining session time.
If you miss your booking entirely or need to move it to another day, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and our booking policies.
Is there a maximum number of children during Open Play?
Yes. We keep Open Play capacity limited so the space stays comfortable, calm and enjoyable for everyone.
Once an Open Play session reaches capacity, we won’t be able to accept additional walk-ins for that time. This is another reason we recommend booking ahead or checking our calendar before you visit.
Can I bring a group of friends or a larger group?
Absolutely! Open Play is a great option for meeting up with friends, and families are welcome to book together.
For larger groups, daycare groups or organized visits, please contact us ahead of time so we can make sure we have enough space and help coordinate the best time for your group.
Can I bring food during Open Play?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks, but we ask that all food be enjoyed outside of the play area unless you’re attending a private party.
Sealed water bottles, coffee and other lidded drinks are welcome in the space. We also have a curated Snack Bar with snacks and drinks available for purchase during your visit.
Can I purchase snacks without paying for Open Play?
Absolutely! Our front boutique and Snack Bar are open to the public, so you’re welcome to stop in and shop without booking or paying for Open Play.
Whether you’re grabbing a snack, a drink, a little gift or browsing the boutique, you’re always welcome to pop in.
Parties + Celebrations
What ages are your parties designed for?
Our parties are designed especially for little ones from crawlers to age five. The play spaces, activities and party setup are all thoughtfully created with younger children in mind, so they can celebrate, explore and play comfortably at their own pace.
Older siblings are always welcome to join the celebration, but our play equipment is intended for our littlest guests.
What’s the difference between a Studio Party, Loft Party and Studio + Loft Party, and how many guests can I invite?
A Studio Party gives you private access to the Studio side of The Mini Bounce, while a Loft Party gives you private access to the Loft. Both are great for smaller celebrations and include space for up to 22 total guests.
A Studio + Loft Party gives you private access to the entire Mini Bounce and allows for up to 58 total guests.
Our guest counts include everyone attending including your littles, adults and babies so be sure to include the whole crew when planning your party.
Do I pay extra for additional party guests?
No. Your party booking includes up to the maximum guest capacity for the space you’ve booked, so there is no per-person charge for guests within that limit.
A Studio or Loft Party can host up to 22 total guests, while a Studio + Loft Party can host up to 58 total guests. Everyone attending counts toward that total, including littles, adults and babies.
Is my party private, or can another party happen at the same time?
Yes! your booked party space is completely private for your celebration.
If you book a Studio Party or Loft Party, another private party may be happening on the opposite side of The Mini Bounce at the same time, but your reserved space remains exclusively yours.
If you book a Studio + Loft Party, you’ll have private access to the entire Mini Bounce for the duration of your celebration.
Do you provide plates, napkins and cutlery?
Plates, napkins and cutlery are included when you book a food package through The Mini Bounce.
If you’re bringing your own food, cake or snacks, please plan to bring any serving essentials you’ll need with you.
Can I bring my own decorations, and when can I set up?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations and personalize your celebration. Just keep in mind that all setup and decorating time is part of your booked party time. We aren’t able to offer early access before your reservation begins. If you’d like plenty of time to decorate before guests arrive, we recommend booking a little extra party time.
Freestanding balloon arches and décor are welcome, but decorations cannot be taped, nailed, pinned or otherwise attached to our walls, fixtures or our inflatables.
Birthday candles for the cake are welcome. For safety and cleanup, piñatas, loose confetti and glitter are not permitted in the space.
If you’re planning something a little outside the usual décor setup, feel free to check with us beforehand so we can make sure it works in the space.
Can I bring my own food, cake or pizza?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own outside food, snacks, cake or cupcakes for your party.
You can also add one of our food packages, including pizza, directly through The Mini Bounce if you’d rather keep things easy.
We do have VERY limited fridge and NO freezer space, so please check with us ahead of time if you’re bringing anything that needs to stay chilled or frozen.
Can I bring alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted at The Mini Bounce.
If you’d like to include an adult beverage option for your celebration, we offer select pre-arranged beverage add-ons that can be booked through us.
Can guests purchase snacks and drinks during the party?
Yes! Our Snack Bar remains available during parties. Guests are also welcome to browse and shop our boutique while they’re here.
Can I add party extras after booking, and how do add-ons work?
Absolutely! You don’t need to choose all of your extras when you first book your party. Add-ons can be selected through your party questionnaire and will be invoiced separately from your original party booking.
We do recommend choosing your extras as early as possible. Many of our add-ons require us to order products or supplies specifically for your celebration, so availability becomes more limited as your party date approaches. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, we can’t guarantee that every add-on will be available without enough notice.
Can I customize an add-on for my party?
Sometimes! We’re happy to chat about customizing or adjusting an add-on to better suit your celebration when we can.
Custom requests depend on availability, timing, supplies and what our vendors can accommodate, so we can’t guarantee every request will be possible. The earlier you reach out, the better chance we have of making something special work for your party.
Do you provide a party host, and what happens when our party time ends?
Yes! A Mini Bounce team member will be there to welcome your group, assist as needed and help keep things running smoothly during your celebration.
We handle the main cleanup and reset after your party, but we always appreciate the space being left in a tidy condition where possible including things like returning balls to the ball pits and gathering any larger messes from your group.
Please plan to pack up your belongings, gifts, food and decorations before the end of your booked party time. Your reservation ends at the time shown on your booking, and the space needs to be fully vacated by then so we can prepare for what’s next.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Party bookings are non-refundable, as your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you.
If something comes up and you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to move your celebration to another available date, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible for last-minute changes.
Any custom-ordered items, party add-ons or third-party services that have already been purchased or prepared for your celebration may also be non-refundable or subject to additional fees.
